Free cancellation within 10 minutes of booking. More than 48 hours before the event: 80% refund. Less than 48 hours before the event: no refund. If the chef cancels, you receive a full refund.
We accept credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay through our secure payment partner, Tap Payments. All transactions are processed securely.
Yes. Every chef on UpChef goes through a verification process including identity checks and document review before they can accept bookings.
Absolutely. You can discuss dietary requirements, food allergies, and menu preferences directly with the chef through the in-app chat before booking.
