I’m Anastasia, a London-based chef with a love for good food and absolutely no loyalty to just one cuisine. With over 10 years in professional kitchens, I’ve done everything from developing restaurant menus to cooking intimate dinners and larger celebrations. Anastasia Z is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.
- Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
- Cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
- If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
