I’m a creative plant-based chef who loves turning fresh, seasonal ingredients into vibrant, nourishing food that brings people together. With a background in vegan recipe development, restaurant and cafe chef, baking and cooking for different dietary needs I create food that is colourful, flavourful, and satisfying. I’m especially passionate about private chef work and retreats, where I can design thoughtful menus that support wellbeing, connection and a memorable experience.

Booking, cancellation & support

Mara M is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
  • Cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
  • If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
  • A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
