About Jose
More than a chef or a cook i like to see myself as a host that provides culinary experiences. I’ve been cooking since a little boy at home, from observing my sister to cook at home I ended up following my brothers footsteps and became a professional chef. I’ve been in contact with different cultures and chefs that gave me a global touch to my expertise.
