About Alessandro

Italian private chef with 23 years of professional experience and 7 years as a private chef. Former Executive Chef at the Royal College of General Practitioners and Executive Chef Lecturer at the Chef Academy London. I have cooked for the President of the Italian Republic and am the author of the cookbook Salmoriglio. While Italian cuisine is my speciality, I create bespoke menus featuring cuisines from around the world, tailored to every occasion.
