I’m an Italian-Venezuelan private chef based in Tuscany, with professional culinary training in Italy and experience creating personalised dining experiences. My cooking combines Italian traditions with the flavours and memories of my Venezuelan roots. I love working with fresh ingredients, preparing everything with care, and creating dishes that bring people together. My goal is simple: to make every meal special and bring joy to the table.

Aldo P is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.
- Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
- Cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
- If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
