I'm Chef Tameka, owner of Urban Farm to Table Company, with 20+ years as an executive chef. A Johnson & Wales graduate, I've led corporate dining and large-scale events, and now teach culinary arts at Ohio State. My style is seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking with refined technique, from Mediterranean and Italian to elegant tasting menus and afternoon teas. Tameka J is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.
- Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
- Cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
- If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
