About Stefano

I’m Stefano Di Giovanni, a 25-year-old Italian chef from Puglia. I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 14, including Michelin-starred kitchens, where I developed my passion for technique and quality ingredients. Now based in Spain, I combine my Mediterranean roots with Japanese influences, creating a contemporary cuisine focused on balance, simplicity and refined flavours. My goal is to bring a unique and memorable dining experience directly to your home.

Before the experience, the chef will discuss your tastes, preferences, and expectations with you, allowing us to create a truly personalized menu and make your evening unique. 🍽️ The service includes the preparation of the menu directly in your kitchen and the cooking and presentation of all 6 courses. Whether it’s a romantic dinner, an evening with friends, a special celebration, or simply the desire to enjoy a gourmet experience without leaving home, the Taste Menu transforms your home into a private restaurant. Booking, cancellation & support

Stefano D is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
  • Cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
  • If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
  • A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
