I have dedicated my life to the culinary arts, travelling and refining my craft across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. My journey began as a dishwasher and led me to running my own restaurant, teaching me discipline, curiosity and respect for ingredients. Today, I create intimate gastronomic experiences where flavour, texture and presentation come together to turn every meal into a memorable moment, tailored to each guest and occasion.

Booking, cancellation & support
Opus - is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.
- Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
- Cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
- If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
