About Matteo
Je suis Mattéo ZOU ABENAQUI Chef privé depuis 3 ans en Martinique. J’ai été formé au métier très tôt par mes deux grands mères et aussi mon père étant agriculteur, j’ai appris à connaître les différentes étapes, de la production jusqu’à la transformation des produits je faisais toujours le parallèle entre le champ et l’assiette. Aujourd’hui mon identité culinaire repose sur le fait de sublimer uniquement les produits du terroir antillais (Guadeloupe, Martinique) à l’aide techniques culinaires.

Matteo Z is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.
- Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
- Cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
- If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
