Booking, cancellation & support

Jorge D is a private chef offering in-home dinners, events and catering. Bookings are made and paid securely through the UpChef app.

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund, including the service fee and any tax.
  • Cancel within 10 minutes of paying: 100% refund.
  • Otherwise, cancel within 7 days of the event: the booking is non-refundable.
  • If the chef cancels: 100% refund automatically, and we help you find another chef.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
  • A problem with the service: report it from the booking in the app within 48 hours of the end of the service.
