About Giulia

I’m a Berlin-based cook and food entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience in catering, private events and food projects. Living abroad, travelling and working closely with chefs and cooks from different cultural backgrounds have strongly shaped the way I cook. My starting point is often the food I grew up with, but over the years my cooking has become much broader: I enjoy discovering new ingredients, techniques and flavour combinations and bringing them naturally into my own kitchen.
